Dear Mrs. Lahaye,

I received your last letter by Worldwide Express Rush yesterday, and I am filling out the survey and preparing to return it now. I wish to personally thank you and your group for keeping us informed about the latest tactics of the radical homosexual agenda, and fighting to preserve our Christian family values.

I have already talked to several friends and acquaintances about your letter, including the parts about President Clinton’s executive order giving homosexuals protected class status and pointing out that since sexual orientation is not clearly defined, this could lead to hiring quotas of people who practice pedophilia or beastiality. None of the people I talked to had considered this, and all of them – even the liberals – were against federal government quotas for hiring pedophiles.

But my real purpose in composing this letter is to challenge you and your own organization with your own words. I know many good Christians would like to ignore the points I am going to make because it is not politically correct to bring them up. But I think you must agree that both God and the logical conclusion of your own letter demand that we take a courageous and public stand.

You correctly point out that radical homosexuals are seeking special rights under hate crime legislation by posing as a protected class, and then clarify how they fall short of the three historic standards for a protected class, which I quote below:

"1. As an entire class, they exhibit obvious, immutable, or distinguishing characteristics, such as race, color, gender, or national origin, that define them as a discrete group." You correctly point out that by their own admission, homosexuals do not all share any such characteristics, and that their commonality lies in their behavior. But I now submit for your consideration: Do the Jews who enjoy hate crime protection and protected class status meet this criterion? Any person can convert to Judaism and any Jew can be saved by accepting our Lord Jesus Christ. The things that all Jews share are behaviors, including the refusal to accept Jesus as the risen and living God.

"2. As an entire class, they have suffered a history of discrimination evidenced by lack of ability to obtain economic income, adequate education, or cultural opportunity." Again, you correctly point out that homosexuals actually have a higher income than the average American household. I do not have the statistics at hand, but I am sure you would not dispute that the same is true of the average Jewish household. In America, Jews certainly do not suffer from a lack of income, education, and cultural opportunity; indeed, the opposite is very much the case.

"3. As an entire class, they clearly demonstrate political powerlessness." Your letter shows how both the PACs that advocate the radical homosexual agenda and President Clinton’s actions clearly demonstrate that this is untrue about homosexuals. I am sure I do not have to explain that it is untrue of Jews as well. And I’m sure I also do not have to point out the key positions of Jews in the anti-Christian and anti-American One World Government which has been exposed by courageous people such as Reverend Pat Robertson as well as Wilma Leftwich at your own 1995 CWA convention.

Mrs. Lahaye, I know that anyone who takes a stand today against the radical Jewish agenda that has gained them special rights through hate crime legislation will be vilified not only by liberals and Jews but also by many so-called Christians. I certainly do not approve of acts such as Buford Furrow’s recent actions in that California daycare center. But as you point out so well, we already have laws against murder. Giving Jews the special rights of hate crime legislation has the effect, which you describe so well in regard to homosexuals, of infringing on free speech and undermining civil rights.

The radical Jews and their allies are as guillty as the radical homosexual agenda of using government to try and force us to accept their very lifestyle. I believe that Jesus calls us to fight not just the causes that are popular or that feel good, but all evils which come between men and salvation. I ask you to sincerely ask yourself, "Is the homosexual agenda more dangerous than the Jewish agenda?" Christ is the only answer. The Bible says, "Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12).

For the sake of our children, I plead with the Concerned Women of America to help defend our country from all it’s enemies.
